Storm & roof drains
Installation, replacement and repair of storm drain and roof drain piping.
Overhead & high-ceiling work
Overhead piping runs in high-ceiling spaces. Any equipment rental is quoted per job when it's needed.
Permits & leak tests
We pull plumbing permits when required, run pressure and leak tests, and meet the inspector on site.
ADU & remodel plumbing
Rough-in, fixture relocation and utility lines for ADUs, additions and remodels, working with your GC.

Do you bid commercial projects for general contractors?+

Do you install fire sprinklers?+
No. Fire sprinkler work requires a C-16 Fire Protection license, so it is excluded from our bids.

Yes. AR Pro Retrofitter is a licensed C-36 Plumbing Contractor, CSLB #940874, licensed since 2009, and insured. You can verify it on cslb.ca.gov.
